Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of appwin, the studio OS for mobile app studios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Service publisher

appwin is published by LES IGNOBLES, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), with its registered office at 3 Esplanade Augustin Aussedat, 74960 Annecy, France. Publication director: the company's legal representative. Contact: contact@appwin.io. Hosting: Scaleway (France) and OVHcloud (France).

The service

appwin provides tools for mobile app studios: planning, support, analytics and app marketing workflows. Features may evolve; we announce meaningful changes to account holders in advance.

Who may use appwin

The service is intended for professionals acting in the course of their business. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to bind the entity you represent and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Keep your credentials safe and let us know about any unauthorized access. Actions taken from your account are deemed to be yours.

Acceptable use

You agree to use appwin in accordance with the law and these terms. The following are prohibited in particular: attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the service or its security, reselling it without authorization, or using it to process data in violation of third-party rights. You are responsible for the data you import and the integrations you connect.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, according to the plan you pick on the pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the started period unless required by mandatory law. Prices are exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable.

Right of withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a paid plan and requesting immediate access to the service, you agree that performance begins before the end of that period and you waive your right of withdrawal for the portion performed. As most of our customers are professionals, this right generally does not apply.

Intellectual property

appwin, its brand, interface and code remain the exclusive property of LES IGNOBLES. Access to the service grants you no ownership over it, only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription. Content you create or import remains yours; you grant us only the technical rights needed to host it and operate the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We only process it to operate the service, and you can request an export or deletion at any time. The details of the processing, retention periods and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.

Availability and maintenance

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption. Maintenance may be necessary; we strive to schedule it and to limit its impact.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, and capped at the amounts you paid for the subscription during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for losses resulting from non-compliant use, from third-party services you connect, or from the loss of data you failed to back up.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that harms the security of the service, after notice except in emergencies. On closure, your data is deleted as set out in the privacy policy.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. Any substantial change is notified to account holders before it takes effect; continued use constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page is authoritative (last revised: 2026-08-27).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action; failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of LES IGNOBLES' registered office, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers. In accordance with regulations, a consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
